Challenge
Canon Singapore ran small to medium scale seminars for their business customers on a monthly basis in the region. To lower operating costs, they needed a system which allows them to run these seminars in a professional, yet simple manner

Idea
Our team designed, developed and implemented a CMS web portal with a back-end engine that was able to manipulate and update content on the portal and create event listings and registration forms for event visitors. It could also support survey and eDM creation, and came with a reporting function.

Results
Canon administrators were able to create their event listings and registration page for the event visitors, as well as surveys and eDMs for event marketing purpose. All these were done in-house easily, allowing for better control and delivery of event information.
